Thank you all for your hard work and accommodations to get us to this point! It’s a great milestone to have reached. Of note, your team at South Bay has been outstanding. We had Russell out this morning to wrap up Phase II installation items and, as usual, he conducted himself professionally, displayed a great work ethic, and got the job done right! Please pass on to his leadership the great work that was done. Thank you all again for your professionalism and flexibility in this effort!

I would like to have Ryan Hartman recognized with his ability to teach this old man how to set up the users and how to use the GUI. He also taught me how to use the Mobile App and we are having zero problems with both. It all started with the initial contact with Kasandra, I had a feeling with how her knowledge with the company and getting us transitioned over from another service would be virtually seamless. South Bay ROCKS!!

I wanted to follow up with you about yesterday’s visit. The 2 “service lines” from 16 to 18 were installed yesterday. The two techs you sent on site were quick, efficient, thorough, professional and clean. They handled everything and it was refreshing to work a solid team like that.
I look forward to continuing our relationship with your company as we will be remaining in this building for years to come and I anticipate larger scale projects in a few years when we take back over the 16th floor entirely.
Again, the service received was top notch!

Just want to express the appreciation we have for South Bay Communications & Security. We feel like South Bay Communications & Security is part of the Care A Lot Pets team. Toni, LaNell, Jamie, Wally and the entire staff are top notch. I have their direct numbers in my phone and they answer every time. What a relief it is to know when we have issues South Bay Communications & Security is going to make us a priority usually with the support we need that day or even that hour.
